Through the Communications area, it is possible to view all the system communications sent to both internal users and suppliers (ref. Figure 21).
In detail:
• System Communications: contains the list of communications sent by the platform to both internal users and suppliers. The visibility of the communication occurs based on the configuration of the user profile. It is possible to view the content details, relating to the message, using the specific Actions column (A) (ref. Figure 20), with a click on the wink icon.

- Send Message: the area allows the internal user to send personalized communications by clicking on the appropriate “Create Message” button (B) to one or more suppliers in bulk by checking the box (A) (ref. Figure 21).
